How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, our team is in-network with over a dozen insurance providers, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, Principal, and several others. We accept PPO plans only (not HMOs).

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We provide financing through Cherry, CareCredit®, and Proceed Finance. For patients without insurance, we also offer a dental membership plan to help you save on your care.

What hours is your office open?
Our practice is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We're closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please plan to arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Please complete our new patient forms prior to your first appointment. These help us gather important information about your medical history, current medications, and dental concerns. These forms can be found on our New Patient Resources page.

How often do I need a dental checkup?
We recommend a checkup and cleaning every six months. However, if needed, we may recommend more frequent checkups for the benefit of your oral health.
